Enclosed you will find the customer satisfaction survey that you sent to us in late 2003.  I thought I had completed this upon receiving and was surprised to find it this morning as I was searching my files for 2004 tax information.

    The survey does not do an adequate job in reflecting our total satisfaction in using T. L. Jackson Construction for the construction of our Lake Wawasee home.  Your company was great to work with through-out the entire cycle: from the initial bid and proposal, through the construction process, and warranty follow-up.  Bruce did an exceptional job of managing our project and in dealing with our "changing" requirements (and one could say "attention to detail").

    With no hesitation, if we ever have the need for construction or re-model services in the future, we will utilize your services again.

    Please pass our thanks on to Bruce and the entire team and let them know how pleased we are with the results.

    A wise friend of mine once told me that your relationship with your contractor will never be as good after you build a house as it was before you build.  Susan and I are very pleased that our relationship with you is better today than before we started!

    As you know, our decision to build was not an easy one as I was commuting 120 miles daily to and from Warsaw during the process.  I am highly appreciative of your efforts in managing the process as efficiently as you did.  I can honestly say that neither you nor any of your sub contractors every disappointed me with the end product.    

    The hallmark of a great organization is a focus on satisfying the customer on his terms, not yours. In your business, this is a very difficult task, as your customers sometimes don’t understand the complexities of the building process.
     You have done an outstanding job of focusing your staff and your sub contractors on customer satisfaction. I was impressed with their professionalism and commitment exhibited throughout the entire process. We not only have a beautiful house, but it as delivered two weeks ahead of schedule despite early and frequent snowstorms!
     I was particularly grateful for your personal commitment to the process. We had some unique challenges with then geography of our site and your diligence in dealing with them was great. In addition, I suspect that my attention to details was somewhat overbearing at times and I am appreciative of your patience in dealing with me.
     Given the opportunity, we would not hesitate to work with you again in the future. The end product of your efforts has become a comfortable home for our family and we look forward to years of enjoyment. Thanks for all your efforts on our behalf.

This letter is to thank you for the splendid job of building our home in the Stonehenge (Prestwick) addition this past year.  We are very pleased and proud of our home.  We have had several compliments and comments on the design and workmanship as I knew we would by having your organization as our contractor, and we love the finished project and the livability of the house.

 

This is our first house that we had built.  Before we began the project we had any number of people tell us of all the headaches we would encounter along the way and suggested to us not to build.  Well, we have been telling them what a good experience it has been for us and that it is mostly because of your attention and response to all of our requests and needs.. If we were to build again, we certainly know who we would contact to build for us without hesitation.

We were devastated to lose our small cottage in a fire last December.  We had completely remodeled and had put a lot of sweat and love into our lake cottage.  The day of the fire, Ernie contacted Brad Jackson.  He expressed an interest in building a new cottage.  When we looked at the T. L. Jackson website, I thought no way was Brad going to be interested in such a small project.

 

When we met with Brad a few weeks later, he did want to build our lake home.  He already had a design to show us.  He listened to all our concerns and ideas and really spent quite a bit of time with us.  Brad went with Ernie to the variance meetings to help us through that process, which was very stressful.  Whenever we expressed any concern, it was taken care of in a timely manner.  Everyone we worked with was great.  Amanda kept in frequent contact by e-mail.  Brad sent us pictures of the progress.

 

Brad knew how important it was for us to have it completed by early spring and even finished a week ahead of schedule.  I don't think we could have found anyone more helpful or professional. We absolutely love our new lake home.  We would highly recommend T. L. Jackson.

     Our lake project is now nearing completion and we wanted to express our satisfaction for the job that you and your associates are doing. Over the last forty years, we have moved twelve times, and each time we have been involved in a construction project at the new residence.
